Personally my first eleven would be.....

me
dan
mark
truss snr
bilton/davis/dubs/eaton      (the only spot up for grabs in my opinion obv. dependant upon availabilities)
browny/bransby (oweva ya fkin spell it) - been very impressed with mart at nets has come on leaps n bounds

i doubt there is a better top 6 in div 4,5,6, to be fair based on what we have seen in previous seasons i feel this is a fair comment

number 7 = richie bush - done a job time and time again and got us out of sum sticky situations with his big hitting over extra cover.

number 8 = rudkin - last yrs top average but not quite an accomplished top/middle order batsman, gd for the last few overs in my book.

number 9 = semple - experienced and can easily turn a game within a cupple of overs of lofted cover drives

number 10 = damo - very impressive with the bat in nets so far this season, but cant justify him walking straight in ahead of experienced first teamers

number 11 = garner, he can hit the odd run here or there, but in the side purely for wicket taking and keeping runs down as opposed to trying to score his own

there we have it, my opinions, if u dnt like or agree with them, swivvel haha

well, not trying to turn the topic sour here but my 1st xi

mark smith...... talks a very good game from the side line and is the 1st to critise.

phil armstrong..... loves a good opinion from the club house.

christine goff..... no 1st xi is complete without the chairman.

alan jones..... steady mid off with that ball.

jk..... long enough run up for big al to shine that ball

warren poole...... a must have if your goin to score runs in 45 overs

lee "the skipper" davis...... always a good shout with "come on guys"

colin "red caps" semple..... can hold up one end.

"hopper" ....... can sort any situation out with a bit of logic.

10 Aaron "the fish lips" Trussler - Every team needs a SEE YOU NEXT TUESDAY

11 Jimmy "LBW vs frinton" Goff - will hold up the other end with warren, is good for a total of 30 in those 45 overs

THIS IS A JOKE PEOPLE PLEASE DO  NOT BE OFFENDED BY THIS........

and for the serious note in agreement with stuart there couldnt ask for a much better 1st xi it has the youth to devolp the club in years to come and has the experience to hold ot in tight situations.
only reservation in stus is damo for shaun fox, depending on y you selecting them bowlin i think that shaun might just have it atm but its a space to watch.

damo in nets has looked v sharp and accurate, and his batting is good enuff to be a number 10 pinch hitter....gr8 arm in the field too. shaun switches off...
